一、 核心误区：不要等想好了再说！
很多考生卡壳是因为在脑子里“翻译”中文再转英文，或者在回忆背诵的模板。记住：流利度 > 内容真实性 > 词汇难度。
- 不要停顿思考：哪怕你在说废话，只要嘴巴在动，连接词在用，分数就不会低。
- 不要追求完美：说错了直接改过来继续说，千万别僵在那里。
二、 救命扩展公式：ASR法则
当你说完核心句（Answer）后，立刻用 A-S-R 三步强制扩展：
- A - Add Details（加细节）：不要只说“I went to a park”，要说“Last Sunday, I went to a beautiful park located in the city center...”
- S - Specific Example（举具体例子）：用“For example”引出具体的人、事、物。比如“...for example, I saw a lovely dog chasing a butterfly.”

三、 万能“细节库”：没话找话指南
如果实在没经历可编，就从下面这几个万能角度“硬凑”字数，考官根本听不出真假：
- 时间地点具体化：
- 不要说 "Yesterday"，说 "Last Friday afternoon when the sun was setting"。
- 不要说 "In a restaurant"，说 "In a cozy Italian restaurant near my apartment"。
- 情感描写细腻化：
- 准备几个万能形容词：Overwhelmed（极其激动的）, Relieved（如释重负的）, Nostalgic（怀旧的）, Bitter-sweet（苦乐参半的）。
- 句式：“To be honest, at that moment, I felt a strong sense of achievement...”
- 对比与转折：
- 用 Actually, surprisingly, admittedly 开头，强行转折。
- “I didn’t expect it to be so difficult, but actually...” 这一句就能说10秒钟。
四、 实在没话说了？用这些“拖延战术”！
如果考试时大脑真的一片空白，请背诵以下“保命连接词”，边说边想：
- 回忆过去：“This reminds me of a similar experience that happened years ago...”（又能混过去20秒）
- 假设未来：“If I have another chance to do this, I would definitely...”
